Nigeria 60

Nigeria gained independence from Britain on 1 October 1960. The number 60 remembers that national milestone within histories that reach far further back. English is the official language, while Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo and many other languages carry everyday life and cultural knowledge. Benin brass-casting traditions and the energetic Atilogwu dance of Igbo communities reveal different forms of artistic achievement. This ORIGIN 54 design honours a shared independence story while leaving space for Nigeria's many peoples, their distinct traditions and their continuing creativity.

• 100% polyester breathable athletic mesh, targeting 200 GSM within a 180-220 GSM development range.
• Polyester interlock or bird-eye panels with a double-layer polyester/spandex rib V-neck, targeting 220-280 GSM.
• Layered tackle-twill lettering and numbers with satin-stitch or embroidered edges; embroidered or woven national flag badge.
• Damask woven Afrika Labels / ORIGIN 54 neck label, size tab and hem label.
• Four-thread overlock seams, reinforced stress points and side-split hem.

Care instructions, shrinkage and colourfastness testing are pending manufacturer and sample approval. Final composition and wash guidance will be confirmed before release.
